General FAQ:
How long will my order take to process?
Typically orders are processed within14 business days. Once shipped, orders usually take 2-4 days to arrive. Please note this is an average turnaround time, but some unexpected delays may occur. If you need your order expedited, please email us at shayna@oliverlaneco.com Additional fees may apply for rush orders.
LOCAL PICK UP-
When we finish your item an email is sent to the email you provided at check out, please check your spam folder for this email. You are responsible for emailing us at shayna@oliverlaneco.com to set a pickup time. Pick ups will be by appointment only until further notice. Each day our hours differ due to having Oliver at the shop (somedays we can stay longer, other days we cannot) so it is imperative that you set a pickup time so we can make sure someone is at the shop to give your order. After your order sits in the store for 10 days we will email a shipping invoice and request an address for it to go to. We have pickups in our shop from January of 2021 and this clutters our shop.
PAINT PARTIES-
We do not have a minimum number of guests needed in order to book- if you want to come by yourself and paint for an evening that is not a problem. For kids parties it is the same policy, no minimum. If you need a food table provided please let me know in advance so I can accommodate your party. At this time I do not provide snacks or beverages but you are more than welcome to bring your own, I have a mini fridge for any items you need to keep cool during your party.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Effective immediately all custom orders (including but not limited to insignias, names, company logos, etc.) will require a 75% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. I apologize it had to come to this but customs orders are being placed and canceled and these items cannot be resold or recycled. I feel this is a fair policy rather than having to raise prices to compensate the cost of the materials being wasted.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on the order total. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
Given that our items are individually customized, we do not accept returns and or exchanges. However, we do understand that things happen. Please reach out to us directly if you have any issues or concerns.
